Hi, today I would like to talk about a place, but not a real place, the place we looking for in our minds when we are stressed out.
Lately the work and the studies are very important for our lives, but the most of time we have to leaves things behind, one of those can be your friends, your hobbies or even your family. I mean, not leave everything for work, but sometimes you spend more time doing it, or even thinking about it, instead spend your time doing some other things. Don't confuse, I'm not talking about all the time, only when the things you HAVE to do are overwhelm.
Who we cheat it on? Always that we can, we try to do the comfortable things first than our duties, because we believe that we work better under pressure, but when pass the time and you finds you in the time "is now or never" you realized that the pressure is only an excuse.
So, here comes the stress, the tension, that actually is a response of your body of a circumstance that is out of your control, where your organism make that you defence mechanism manage specific situations of threats with a natural response.
When you are there, is difficult to see any scape, but if you are prepared, you will try to looking for a place in your mind where all the things you like to do or you loved, are there.
I hope any of you have to pass for this in this weeks, because of only think about it, stressed me out!
